Blanketi LLC ("Blanketi", "we", "us") operates blanketi.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. Our store runs on Shopify.

Information we collect

  • Order information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, city, and the items you order.
  • Payment information: handled by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages and photos you send us, for example when you report a problem.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and actions taken on the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process and deliver your orders and handle returns and support.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the Site secure.
  • To measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not send marketing emails or text messages.

Advertising and analytics

We use Meta, TikTok and Google advertising pixels, Google Analytics and conversion APIs. These tools collect information about how you use the Site and may match order information such as your email address or phone number to the advertising platforms, in hashed form where the platform supports it, to measure and improve our ads. These platforms handle data under their own privacy policies. You can use the options on our Your Privacy Choices page, your browser's cookie settings, or the ad-preference settings of each platform to limit this.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share it only with:

  • our fulfillment partners (Zendrop and its suppliers) and shipping carriers, so they can pack and deliver your order;
  • Shopify and payment processors, who run our store and checkout;
  • the advertising and analytics providers described above;
  • authorities when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with the law and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of its use for targeted advertising. Email contact@blanketi.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

Our Site is meant for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date when we do.
