These Terms of Service apply to blanketi.com (the "Site"), operated by Blanketi LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Blanketi", "we", "us"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We sell to customers in the United States only.

Products

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and measurements are taken by hand and may vary by about 1 inch. Products are sold without any warranty beyond what the law requires.

Pricing and orders

Prices are in US dollars. Bundle prices and discounts are applied automatically in the store. We do not publish coupon codes. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of an error in price or description, suspected fraud, or lack of stock. If we cancel an order after you paid, we will refund you.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, images, logos and design belong to Blanketi LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to break or bypass its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blanketi LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to your use of the Site.
